How will my order be delivered?
You select your choice of delivery during the checkout process.
Please ensure that you select the correct delivery option and country.
Note there is no guaranteed UK next day option.

All deliveries must be signed for and please remember that deliveries can be made anytime between 0830 hours and 1700 hours Mon - Fri

We primarily use Royal Mail and ParcelForce as they have proven to be the most reliable. For deliveries outwith the UK we also use ParcelForce and Royal Mail Signed for services as they generally provide a more economic and faster service. Please note that all delivery days are based on working days and exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays.

All orders placed before 15:00 hours every normal working day Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Shipping charges are normally based on volumetric weight and delivery location. All shipping charges are subject to normal UK and EEC VAT regulations.

Please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address to sign for the shipment. All orders must be signed for. Do not sign if the package(s) are damaged and ensure that  the damage is recorded on the drivers paperwork. 

If your order does not arrive within 48 hours after the expected time of delivery please contact ABX Beauty as soon as possible on 01738 222456.



Please note that we only supply business customers, not retail customers and it is assumed that our customers are trained professionals in the beauty industry who know how to use the specialised products we sell. If you are unsure about how to use any product please contact us before ordering because as per industry health and hygiene standards cosmetic and other beauty products eg false lashes are non returnable once opened unless they are of faulty manufacture or not as described.

If the packaging is damaged you must always bring this to the attention of the delivery driver and note this on the delivery signature sheet. Where damage is severe and/or there is evidence of leakage or spillage then you can refuse to accept the shipment but please contact us straight away.

If a product is received damaged or is faulty, please notify us in writing by email within 2 working days of receipt. You can either arrange a replacement or a refund but we must receive the faulty item back before we can send a replacement item FOC or refund you. If you require a replacement before then you will have to pay for the replacement item which will be refunded once we receive the faulty item back. You will also be reimbursed for any additional postage or shipping charges you incur.

When returning products to us you must contact us by email before sending any items back and obtain a returns authorisation number. Correctly supplied items will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. You must always use a trackable and traceable shipping method and ensure products are properly packaged. Where this has not been adhered to we can not accept responsiblity for returned items which go missing or are damaged in transit.


Cancellation of Orders

Orders are normally dispatched to you on the same working day if we receive the order before 15:00 hours. If you wish to cancel your order before we have dispatched the order you must advise us in writing by email. If your order has not been dispatched it will be cancelled and there will be no charge.

If you change your mind and wish to cancel after your order has been dispatched or after you receive the goods the following procedures apply :

When you receive your order you have a cooling off period of 7 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from ABX Beauty Group. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used, has broken packaging seals/ security tabs or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us.

You must contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and we will not refund any shipping costs you incur. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will only be made to the original charged credit or debit account and normally made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

If an attempt to deliver goods continues to fail through no fault of ours or the delivery company's and is subsequently returned to us we will not refund the shipping. If the goods are to be sent out again a new shipping charge will apply.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights
